Dr.  Lee is a Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac.  Ph.D)  in the States of California, having  Ph.D degree of Oriental Medicine. He graduated  and completed the intensive 4-year Master of Science of Traditional Oriental Medicine program at South Baylo University acupuncture school with highest honor(summa cum laude) in Los Angeles, CA. His training included: acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, Qi-Gong, Tai - Qi, Western disease diagnosis, anatomy, physiology, nutrition, and hands-on treatment of over hundreds of patients in the school’s on-campus acupuncture clinic.

After graduation, He has practiced in Simi Valley, CA for about 7 years for Acumen Health Clinics, studying and practicing 6 acupuncture techniques. Finally he created his own acupuncture technique called Balance Technique 

​He is also a herbal master, teaching acupuncturists herbs. He is the first acupuncturist who started using Todo technique in USA.
